Cancellation is generally free of charge 48 hours before arrival  (unless otherwise stated in your quote and confirmation). We guarantee rooms until midnight. In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged to the client (unless otherwise stated in individually concluded contracts).}

_{48 hours means  2 working days Monday to Friday 0900-1700. So a cancellation received on a Belgian Bank Holiday or Saturday or Sunday is not deemed to be accepted until 0900 of the next working day}

Smoking in any of the Historic Hotels Belgium is not permitted (including electronic smoking). There is an extra cleaning charge that will apply in case of guest smoking
