Are the rooms non-smoking?

Smoking is not allowed in the room. Smoking is not allowed on the balconies of our accommodations.

How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made directly through our website, by calling our reservations team, or via email. We recommend booking directly with us to receive the best rates and special offers

Can I check in earlier or check out later?

You can check in at any time after 3:00 PM. We do not offer early check-in. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Late check-out is possible until 1:00 PM upon request. It costs 25 EUR per room.

Do you have parking facilities? Is there a charge?

We offer parking for 50 cars at 25 EUR per night.

Nearby parking is available at 'Ramen' (P8) or 'Sint-Michiels' (P7) 300 meters away if spaces are full.

Electric car charging is nearby.

Can I store my luggage at the hotel after check-out?

Yes, secure luggage storage is available for all our guests for free before check-in and after check-out. Choose one of the options below for more information.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

We are unable to accommodate pets at Hotel Monasterium. However, we extend a warm invitation for your furry companions to join you at our sister property, The Gravensteen, located just a few hundred meters away. Feel free to explore the amenities and offerings of Hotel Gravensteen

Do you have a restaurant or bar on-site?

We do not have a restaurant.
