Hotel Monasterium PoortAckere is housed in the buildings of a neo-Gothic monastery built in the second half of the 19th century. Here you will stay in peace and quiet in the middle of the city centre of Ghent. The striking architecture with lots of wood and high ceilings creates a unique atmosphere. The cosy courtyard garden is an oasis of peace and quiet and an extra asset.
The 112 rooms are spread over four buildings. There are also several classically styled rooms with wooden floors that really show you the atmosphere of the old monastery but with modern bedding and bathrooms.
