Getting to Hotel Monasterium PoortAckere
Parking with us
Monasterium PoortAckere has two parking areas with a total capacity of approximately 35 cars. The barrier gate opens automatically when entering the hotel parking area.
As of 1 January 2026, the parking fee is €35.00 per car per night.
It is possible to reserve a parking space in advance so that we can guarantee your spot upon arrival.
If no pre-reserved spaces are available, you may always check availability at the reception upon arrival.
If our parking areas are full, we kindly refer you to the underground car parks ‘Ramen’ (P8) or ‘Sint-Michiels’ (P7), located approximately 300 metres from the hotel.
Low Emission Zone Ghent
In order to improve air quality, Ghent's city centre or the area within the R40 will be a low-emission zone (LEZ) from 1 January 2020. The most polluting vehicles will no longer be allowed to enter the zone. Avoid a fine and always check your vehicle before coming to Ghent.
